That means that PayPal accepts Hong Kong bank accounts only if you are from Hong Kong. So, PayPal only accepts U.S. bank accounts for Malaysians. Hmmm…I think I know what is happening. That means that PayPal accepts Hong Kong bank accounts only if you are from Hong Kong. So, PayPal only accepts U.S. bank accounts for Malaysians. Sorry for the misunderstanding :-)
