TMnet Datacenter Packet Loss Outbreak Again

Some of you may have noticed that my blogs (TenthOfMarch.com and ChanKelwin.com) were not accessible for some time occasionally in the past two days. I received an email from my hosting company regarding this problem.

Dear valued customers,

From 1:30pm today (27/07/2007), the entire netmyne at KL and Cyberjaya2 is having packet loss again due to their router hardware problem. It has been fixed at 6:00pm and it is running smoothly again.

It was netmyne’s datacenter having problems. There was nothing my hosting company could have done. I had problems connecting to a work related website when it happened as well. I hope TMnet has solved the problems. I have a blogathon waiting for me.
